I may not be a Scorpio owner any longer, but I am still here;  Grin  I finally managed to sit down and get some new pages finished:

New Pages:
Sector-9 on the Forum has repaired a faulty PCM for his 2.5 TDi - http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/pcmrepair.htm

In the Diagnostics section, new advice from me about poor idle - surging/hunting and, on autos, lumpy gearchanges: it concerns the TPS position and a simple remedy - http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/obd2scan9.htm

In the Owners Mods section, Martin has sent pix of his Scorpio converted to LPG with a very slick new filler cap:
http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/lpgfillr.htm and the blingest wheels I've seen -

A new Buyers Guide, re-written in document form instead of brochure format by another Martin - thanks for that.

Detail changes to Fault finder, Running Costs and others.

Apologies for the delay - others to follow.

Hey, fame at last!  Cool  I can email you a copy of the resistor pic you're missing; unless there's some other reason you weren't able to post it.

If you get chance it might be an idea to remove the link to scorpio.scrapper-site.net - I'd like to keep the domain but it's a freebie and expires after about 30 days unless I keep updating it so potentially it may stop working...

Excellent, thanks guys. I'll add the piccy as soon as I get it.
Good bit of work there, Darren. You messed with the PCM and repaired it! Respect!

Re the link - Oooops  Embarassed I should have deleted that ....
It's gone now ...

Hey Sector-9,

Congratulations on fixing the ECU, unbelievable a little piece of junk could be such a big problem Wink Great page too.

Kind Regards

Excellent pages!

Love that LPG filler flap, and the tps page is interesting reading.

Darren's page could be unbelievably useful, imagine how many cars have been scrapped due to a "simple" fault with the ECU.

Well done to all involved  Smiley

Call me observant, but has martins car got a different fuel filler cap than standard too? It doesn't have the finger flap to open it....does it work on a cable opener now?

Mine is in having LPG done at the moment and would have loved to fit something like that filler system. Unfortunately I opted for the bumper instead!
