Rich1, you're a London cabbie then eh.....no wonder you call yourself 'Rich1'  Wink.... ROFL

I'm a licenced (Hackney carriage) Brentwood cabbie & use my Scorp as my cab  Cool

Fully comp public liabilty insurance with protected no claims (never made or had a claim against me in 10 years of taxi insurance) costs me just under £800 which ain't bad for a taxi 'round these parts Wink

The wifes 2.3 Ultima estate costs just over £200 TPFT with me included as a second driver.....not bad seeing as I'm a cabbie  Wink

....& my MK1 Granada (with the wife as a second driver & limited mileage of 1500K) cost me a total of £89.00 fully comp to insure last time around with Adrian Flux (classic insurance)  Smiley

Some companies do classic insurance for cars that are only 15 years old. So it won't be too long before cheap classic insurance is available to many Scorpio owners  Smiley
