I had a suspicion that this was going to happen and my fears were confirmed.  It was only on two things;
1 Emissions/ CO2 reading
2 TWO MISSING BOLTS on the rear caliper/passenger side. I knew there was a noise coming from the rear for the last few days, but who would have thought!!.

I wasn't able to get anybody to help out with a scan as that would have shown up the problem of the CO2 readings
