I have been in touch with a chap called Ian who sent me a request for the pdf of the factory fit parking sensors.... Thankfully they were still in the Scorpio folder where I left them! Ian is currently rebuilding a 1998 facelift Cosworth and has kindly agreed to do a write up for us as things progress..... This is a photo he sent to me showing the work involved.... a brave man indeed!! I will let Ian hopefully continue either here or in a new thread.... Ian....over to you!! Baz

Welcome to the forum Ian. Good luck with your project. It looks like you have invested alot of time and money. Your website makes good reading. If you require an acceleration improvement a 2 litre diff swap is a good way to achieve this. Highlander has posted an excellent write up on here if you need it. Looking forward to the photos when it's all finished. Adam.

Cool project, ive stripped a few and have a fair bit of cossie spares, 2.0 diffs are good but a manual box really livens them up

Get them to put a new heater matrix in while it is all stripped down Ian..... might be a bit of preventative maintenance!!

Thanks for the suggestion. I looked at the thread about heater matrices and tried Kempston Radiators. They have none. I went to my local Ford dealership and they are still available at £135 or thereabouts, so I've ordered two - one for each Scorpio. Ian
