The dreaded clunking returned last week, so I quickly went onto Ebay and got a couple of links, very cheap, but then I figured if the last pair only lasted 4 years and 30k miles, then the cheaper the better! £9.91 for the pair including postage! Just a work of warning, I discovered this morning that not all drop-links have 17mm flats under the shroud on the top-link, one that I removed this morning had a 14mm flat under the shroud! Meaning I had to sacrifice another spanner to bend it for the prescribed angle of removal. I was particularly annoyed as the only spanner I could find was a Snap-On. Still the job's done, clunking gone. Peter

Better than the drop links I had to remove - no flats at all!
