Title: Remote repair tip Post by allante on Mar 19th, 2004, 9:40pm Bet no-ones repaired their keyfob remote this way!! (may have spoke too soon there!) I took off the rubber pad, applied a drop of superglue to the round carbon pads on the back and quickly applied a layer of gold leaf. Works a treat and is easy and quick! (I realise not many of you will have gold leaf kicking about or even if they still sell it but I used to do signwriting and still have a couple of books of it left) If thats of any help at all to anyone :) Andy |
