As far as I can tell from listed specs on Scorps remotes are standard equipped on all Scorps.. Correct me if I'm wrong..?
Currently, I'm trawling the norwegian used car marked every day to find a used Scorp(only 2,3 or 2,0 16v's), and in about half of the cars I've paid interest in buying, the previous owner(or dealer) tell me that the remote is not included.
SO:
a)Are 50% of norwegian Scorp owners Palookas, that just can't manage to keep track of their remotes?
OR:
b)Didn't norwegian imported Scorps come with the remote as standard equipment?
OR
c)Other?
???

Hi Jørn

Well a fair number may have been mislaid or at least put somewhere safe (a).

You should definately be OK if you can pick up an Ultima and if you have found some with remotes then (b) is not all that likely.

Check with a Norwegian Ford dealer to see if they order/programme remotes and that will confirm it.

If you do need to programme a remote, follow the directions on this site and you should be plipping flashing and beeping in no time. :)
