Greetings all. I came across this site while looking for help with my wife's US Ford Contour. I must say this site is the most technical, most useful, and most exhaustive treatment of any car I've owned. I noticed that the Scorpio is very similar to the Countour/Mystique - we just don't have the option of the Cosworth. The US Contour is a front wheel drive transverse rig. Other than that, I think you might find the Haynes Contour/Mystique manual very useful.

Welcome friend, is this manual online at all?
Anyway we are a friendly community and all are welcome, have you any pictures or links to web pages of the US Contour?

Looks more like a Mondeo and that is what it is based on according to this,

It is a Mondeo and that one is the same colour as my old one.

Ok the 7 spoke alloys are a bit nicer, ;D but you get the meaning. ;)
