   Are the Scorp   door mirrors  designed  to  be  folded back ?     i.e.  if you are parked   in a   narrow   road,   where impact  from  another  car's   mirror   is   likely.

folded back ?.....

not quite,but you can fold them in,and they will unclip out of there holders,then simply clip them back into place after that.....
