Title: front wheel bearing

Took wheel off expecting to see
a nut holding the hub on,(may have
to change the bearing,)and removal
requires a hexkey anyone tell me the
size required.

Thought you needed that to plug
 the hole in the manifold,
 any luck in traceing a replacement.

like trying to find rocking horse dung :-[ got a mate he is a blacksmith he might be my next call see if he can do any thing with it ???

I think that you may find that you have to remove the spindle carrier to replace the front wheel bearings... in that case the hub can be held in a vice and the nut undone from the back. I do NOT think that you will be able to replace it in position.. but I may be wrong on that one. But as regards the size of the hex key sorry cant help with that one..

 Yes i had seen that one,but i hadnt
read it that you must first remove the
spindle carrier before the wheel bearing
can be changed,as you said b/f you dont
think it can be done in posistion and you
may be wrong on that.
But your not according to the pdf.
