Title: Door Locks Post by Highlander on Mar 12th, 2005, 3:14pm My Scorpio came with the remote which according to the previous owner had packed up at least three years ago (and wasnt replaced after a quick phonecall to the FMD :D) Anyway I got it working with a bit of cleaning and some new batteries. Ive just noticed now that the door locks have gone a bit stiff due to not using the key anymore. Maybe it would be an idea to give the locks a turn every now and again just to keep them moving, as we've had a few posts in the forums recently that shows the problem doesnt really surface until the remote fails and you find you're locked out :) |
