Hi there Gang,

Does anyone know of a qualified inspection engineer in the Luton (or Beds and Bucks area), that would be prepared to conduct a full engine inspection of a Cossie block?

I have to agree on using an independant inspection engineer with the garage that wrecked my engine, so if you have any contacts that would be great.

STN has been a great help since the start of all the problems and he is producing a report which is adding strength to my case but I also have to find someone local that the garage owner will agree to.

Have you tried searching on www.yell.com or even try google or www.ask.co.uk. You will be surprised at the results.

Yes, but that gives you a heap of suppliers to choose from and to me it makes more sense to approach the forum of a specific vehicle in the hope of getting someone who knows the idiosyncracies of the Scorpio rather than a general inspector who thinks it's a 'Granada'!
