Thanks Scorpio Man, Job done :) My only worry now is does it go out when the glove box is shut!

My glove box light was off, the bulb was burnt, changed it with a new one and found out that the light stayies on all the time, so the quick fix was to take the bulb out ;D

Just stick something on the end of little switch/plunger thing thus lengthening it, this will ensure it turns the light off when the glove compartment is closed.
