Title: Now taking orders........ Post by leftofcentre on Feb 5th, 2006, 8:37pm Have been experimenting after having being inspired by our friend Baz. Came up with this. Not the best but good enough for me. (Foam, wire and cardboard) 3)cut inards to fit screen. 4)draw screen template on inside of vinyl sunvisor covering. 5)cut out above. 6)sandwich the vinyl between the seperated screen outer cover, then screw screen cover together trapping vinyl. 7)"stitch" the vinyl back together using Loctite "All Plastics" Superglue and Activator. use selotape to hold in place while doing above being careful not to glue ones fingers onto Sunvisor (leaving fingerprints attached forever :D ) Not bad for a 1st attempt dont you think. Screen does fold upto the ceiling very nicely too! |

Just when you had got it set just right ! ;D |
