I'm getting rather fed up of FPUK's long delivery times ( 10 days and counting for bog standard rubber bushes ) on new parts.

Everyone else happy with their service ?

have used them on several occasions and have never had a problem,in fact i would personally highly recommend them........ :)
have you tried contacting them direct... ???

Hello Mr F.
Only use once & not overly impressed.
Not Trevors fault - he was most helpful 10/10.
However had to chase order twice - after 4 week wait - obviously not urgent.
As local FMD parts are OK - providing you know what you want will most likely continue to use them.

Never had a problem myself, even when ordering all those tricky engine parts (apart from one missing gasket for an inlet fanimold - got 2 replacements later though)

As Ford Parts UK use UK Ford Dealerships to provide their parts if they have not got the item in stock then delays can occur.
Have you tried emailing or contacting them with regards your problems?
Always found them MOST helpful .

used them a couple of times and had no problems, they also managed to get some obsolete parts for my seirra cosworth from germany because my local ford dealer just said- OBSOLETE MATE HARD LUCK ? :-/

I have used them many times and gave them a few shed loads of money.

Service and Price has always been very good.

As for parts from the local Ford Dealer I am afraid its "Hurry Up And Waite" then a week later they tell you the parts not available..

We've never had a problem using them either, but recently discovered that our local motor factors are able to source ford parts more quickly and at around the same cost (once you add the postage to fordpartsUK prices) :o
