From what I can work out;

terminal 1 goes to main fusebox feed (big red wire)
terminal 2 goes to connector 5, pin 8 (black wire)
terminal 3 goes to one side of fuse 42, the other side goes to connector 7, pin 4
terminal 4 (not present on relay) goes to connector 4, pin 7
terminal 5 goes to connector 14 pin 9 (green wire)
terminal 6 goes to one side of fuses 37 and 40.
The other side of fuse 37 goes to connector 5, pin 5.
The other side of fuse 40 goes to connector 4, pin 9
terminal 7 goes to connector 5, pin 1

The connectors and pin numbers are visible from the underside of the fusebox.  On my diesel terminals 3 & 7 do not appear to be connected to anything so the bottom relay is not used.  Also terminal 7 on the diagram is labelled wrong - it should be 0v from ECU, not +12V and it will only operate if the top one is energised too!
