Title: Steel Wheels
Post by BillT on Aug 18th, 2006, 9:28pm
Hi
I would like to try my 1996 2.3 Ultima Estate on standard 15" wheels to try to soften the ride (not too worried about high speed cornering, more on surviving speed bumps).
Can anyone tell me what other cars use the same 4 stud wheels so that I can look round scrap yard for some samples.
Thanks
BillT :-/

The same as STD 15inch Scorpio alloys err none.

But if it's just 15 inch alloys in general then most Fords, if it has 4 holes & Ford it will fit.

If your are anywhere near Evesham I have some STD alloys.

My Scorp has a standard 15" steel spare wheel so if you can find four Scorpios in scrapyards you might get a set of steel wheels (probably with very good tread) cheap.

Yes mine has a steel spare, that' why I thought (think) that there is a car with this size all round.
