i just read that fmd sheet and if i get this , to give my car a full service i change oil and filter new spark plugs and air filter is there a fuel filter and everything else is just as normal

If you asked if there is a fuel filter, then yes, it is located directly above the left side drive shaft. Jack up the rear left side of the car (and put it on axle stands), and you should see a cylindrical object with a pipe passing through it.

give the maf a nice spray of carb cleaner and flush out the radiators old sludge and refill with nice new water...

You don't have to replace the spark plugs as they are platinum tipped & should last at least 40,000 miles :)
