Anyone no where it is and any experience in messing with it.
The reason I ask is I just got a parking sensor system to be fitted when my car comes back from the body shop.
It has the facility to fit an external buzzer which I would like to connect to the cars bongy thing. The systems standard one is just a nasty buzz which is worse than the cars bong.

Under the steering wheel, left hand side, I removed one yesterday, well what I take to be the thing you mean, It has a little speaker and Is wired to the loom, would you like it and you can try and wire it in seperately?

hi there

i'm sorry here, knowing how temperamental the scorpio's electrics are with regards to the modules, why would you want to interfere with them?

how long do plan to have your car in reverse? if you need to, go with stuart's idea of putting it in seperately.

just trying to help you avoid any issue in the future. ;)

Cheers sm I take your point about scorp electrics.
Its a bit like all mods to any car you dont really nead to do it but why not give it a go.

I have only just worked out my bongs..

The selector out of park one confused me for a while...

The Fule warnign was even mor confusisng!!!

Got to admit bongs can be annoying but if they all make the same sound then that has to be less annoying than various bongs followed by a buzzy thing.

The Ice warning bong ( it's more of a Ping but let's not fall out :-* ) when the dash light turned from amber to red had me non-plussed for many a week till I figured it out.

All these bongs are useful, but why no lamp failure module!!! even my 1989 XR4x4 Sierra had that!
