Title: Re: 2,9 cosworth turbo can it hold Post by howiedintheplace on Sep 18th, 2006, 10:21pm Hi Kantani Std pistons are not forged, boost limit will be 0.5 bar after that your risking it. 500bhp is about 1.2 bar with STD heads BUT the STD BOA inlet will hold you back as it's very restrictive. Make a adapter plate & use a BOB inlet. Crank & rods are fine, just balance them. Rest you will probably know ;) Look here for parts http://www.chevroletls1.com/ford_cosworth.html Tell Mike, Dave sent you ;D |
