Does anyone know if the exhaust manifolds for the 2.0 16V and 2.3 16V are the same?

I have a 2.0 and its cracked, I found someone who has a 2.3 manifold and who says that it is the same but I couldn't find a answer for that on the fordscorpio site.

I have a 2.3 on my 2.0 litre at the moment, no problems

hi there

the egr pipe on some were slightly different, but the manifold fits the same.

Would it be best to get one with the EGR pipe as well then, or EGR and pipe?

p.s. what does hth mean?

hi there

when i got my replacement manifold, we couldn't get the egr pipe off either one without breaking it. new pipe costs about £50!

with any luck, yours will come apart ok. :-/

Ah! That's why you see some on ebay with the pipe and EGR still attached ::)
