Just done mine this weekend.
1. Disconnect battery and leave car for at least 15 mins. You are removing the airbag first and you DO NOT want it going off accidentally.!!!!!!!!
2. Remove the steering column top trim.
3. Turn the steering wheel 90 degrees.
4. If you use a mirror and torch and look at the back of the airbag you will see a small hole in the rubber. Inside the hole is a T30 torx screw. Undo it. (It is hard to locate the bit in the screw so be patient with it)
5. Turn the steering wheel 180 degrees and undo the other torx screw and the airbag will pop off. Disconect the yellow plug from it and lay aside.
6. Centre steering wheel again and disconnect the small black multiplug.
7. Undo the steering wheel bolt (15mm socket) and pull steering wheel sharply off, feeding the yellow and black plugs through the hole in the wheel.

MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT RECONNECT THE BATTERY UNTIL THE AIRBAG IS REFITTED AND SECURED.

Hope this helps

Ian
