THIS is the Handbook (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/handbook.htm). Check out the relevant pages. They enlarge by clicking on the lower right hand corner. Fuses are around the 131 page mark but check out the index. Fuse number 6 in the main box is the one you need. Also check under the seat as sometimes a connector gets dislodged by rear passengers feet.

Calm and cold here down south dave. Make sure you get the fusebox lid back on correctly and you should have the battery cover fitted which also protects the auxillary fusebox from water. These cars do not like wet fuseboxes and megga grief is the result. Make sure the area around them is clear of leaves and any other 'crud' and that the drain holes to the bulkhead panel are free to allow any water to drain away. It may help to read THIS post and the links I put up (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=Problems;action=display;num=1169307290)

That sounds like a good cheap solution (saw your other post BTW),
