i hasve a 1996 cossie ..
i took my car for a m.o.t but it failed on emissions ..
the co2 was high any ideas thanks

get to know the tester and see if he'll adjust the emission reader settings (i.e. temperature etc) until it falls within tolerance?

Same thing happened to me, my best advice would be ring a mobile home tune guy. Ask him if he would know from your MOT read out if its a lambda sensor or the cats
if he knows his stuff he should be able to tell and maybe over the phone, without seeing the car, which will save you some cash. good luck.
