Title: REAR SPOILER?
Post by REDRDLC on Apr 4th, 2007, 6:08pm
Hi all,
I am thinking about putting a boot spoiler on my 95 cossie,is a sierra cosworth one wide enough or are there better fitting ones out there? ???
Paul.

hi
there was once a chap on here with a white sierra boot spoiler fitted to his scorpio, i fitted a non ford one just drilled off the rivets to the boot lid rubber stops then drilled the boot lid the spoiler supports just bolted  nicely in the large holes left then refitted the rubber stops back.
all ok but boot lid is heavy now so it doesnt spring open as wide .
i have put some tension on the springs but still not 100%
all the best

Now there is a thought.
My lad still has the Ford spoiler that was fitted on my old (D reg) Granada. It would look great on the boot of my Cossie!!!
