hi folks, I have recantly purchased my first scorp. she is wonderfull and the sound from the two blowing cat's is fantastic. I am planning to weld a section of new pipe over the corroded part of the old pipe before MOT time... I will get this job done much sooner if I will get better performance and or economy ! any ideas would be greatly appreciated. ;D

I think that your MOT tester will soon sus out those dodgy Cats (or repairs to them), if I'm honest.

You'll get best performance and economy when they are renewed I think.

There are a number of aftermarket Cats available if money is tight. Just a case of shopping around.
How long until your MOT anyway?

I got a 24v executive M reg very very cheap and very tidy. my mot man will let my repairs go, no worries ! cheers for reply.
