Title: Re: mint black leather interior Post by v4-max on Apr 21st, 2007, 4:51pm paid £100 for mine same as yours plus casette box cover. if you have the space and the inclination though why not buy a whole car, lots of dead ones going cheap, you will be able to sell most of the other bits, and get the interior for free. |

Title: Re: mint black leather interior Post by TiberiuS on Apr 21st, 2007, 5:03pm I dare say there are people out there who would pay you to install your leather seats in their car and take their cloth ones away ::). |

Title: Re: mint black leather interior Post by sector-9 on Apr 21st, 2007, 5:09pm []Me too - Monday morning, despite it being offered on here as a freebie... OP: although you may not like leather and some people don't (whether for ethical reasons or what), you will find it harder to re-sell your car if you've got cloth seats fitted - leather is desirable on cars of these class and would be a selling point. Title: Re: mint black leather interior Post by TiberiuS on Apr 21st, 2007, 7:06pm The raven velour in my Ultima was really nice, comfy and hardwearing. Yeah, I toyed with the idea of swapping it for leather when I first had the car but it was mint so I was happy and the interior of the car always smelled like new, no need for air fresheners ;) Leather's great...but what do you gain? Oh yeah...heated seats...my bum gets hot enough thankyou ::) |
