My vin plate shows C5 as the paint code,
anyone know which Blue it is please.

I would say Petrol Blue manufactured in 1995 see THIS (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/images/vin.gif) which might help.

What is the 5 for?

I suspected it was Petrol Blue but was not sure.

If you look at the VIN code paint details at the bottom it says the second digit is the year. Presumably yours is 95 as Snoopy says.
