Hi all. have you seen the nice Videos on Youtube where Ford mechanics doing a complete rebuild of a BOA Cosworth engine? I know its from the older up to -94 model with only one cam chain but I found it to be really interesting to see what you all are talking about when it come to that engine. go to www.youtube.com and search for Scorpio Cosworth. You find the following parts:

I got a copy of that on video from my local dealer a few years ago. got all sorts of stuff including one on how to do the predelivery checks on a 95 Scorpio!
