Hi Guys

Does anyone know for certain if the Fuel Pressure Regulator is the same for the ultima 2.0 and 2.3?

The regulators look the same but have slightly different part numbers, so not entirely sure whether they have different pressure ratings :-/

The 2.0 part number ends with 'BA' & the 2.3 ends with 'AA' :)

Looking in Autodata the fuel pressure stated for the 2.0 and 2.3 is the same.

2.9 Bar for the system
2.0 Bar regulated pressure

So if the info is correct it should work.

Hi Fidget
If you have seen the current sage regarding my 2.3 (in Problems under Fuel / electrics) you will note that one of the next tasks is to check the fuel pressure regulator. since you are looking to replace yours (at least I assume you are from your post) can you tell me the symptoms leading up to the need to replace. I am as you realise now clutching at straws.
