hi can anyone tell me the differance between the sierra lsd 7.5inch 3.64 diff and my 7.5inch 3.64 on my scorp i belive it is lsd to isn't it?
also what's the difference in length of the 1/2 shafts, are these interchangable?

Hi,

Neither vehicles have half shafts, and AFAIK Ford never built a Scorpio with an LSD.

Actually I believe Ford did fit an LSD to some diesels - purely because the early engines were mechanically controlled and traction control probably wouldn't have worked very well!

The Granada and Scorpio do share some mechanicals with the Sierra, so I see no reason why the diff shouldn't be interchangeable as long as the ratio is correct.
