Hi guys,
Since getting my 2.5TD Ghia the heater blower only works on full. Is it going to be a fault with HBC?. I've had a look on fault finding and it seems to be pointing that way. If so, it looks like a major job to replace(as always for me), and any idea of the cost for a HBC.

Have you got full climate control or just A/C with a three speed fan setting ?

Hi Snoopy,
Mine has just the A/C and guess what, I've just checked the thermal fuse as described in the article you suggested and that IS the fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. It took me only ten mins to fix insteaded of my usual 10 hours. I am sooooooooooo pleased for this help, thank you, thank you thank you. ;D

Thats what the forum is all about ... Everyone helping everyone.
I don't think any of us are experts at everything, but ussually someone knows the answer if not we do some head scratching a hope we can find a solution. Usually works

Glad it worked
