I have investigated the blowing exhaust on my 24v and have found the exhaust manifold to be cracked (driverside) ...so am looking for a replacement looks a bit tight in there for spanners ...can i undo the engine mounting bracket and jack engine a little higher without breaking anything will tackle job over the next few day once i have caskets and replacement .....any gained knowleadge and tips would be most helpfull ;D 8)

well its the most awkward side but it can be undone without taking off the engine mounts, take off the head shields

remove the studs (inverted torx) as its a right pain to try and slide the exhaust off and over them,

drop the cat mounting brackets off, this will give you a bit more flexibility
