Here I am ;D, There were none made for the Scorpio, Anything you want would have to be made, The Mk3 side skirts will fit but are just a little bit short, Shaun will be able to throw more light on that one for you.
I will be making my own before long if I can find the time, Also have plans for a tailgate spoiler ;)

Here's an item you may be interested in, I thought this was brilliant but sadly I probably wouldn't have the time to undertake it for my car....  :'(

You will have to make your own if you want some as they were never made, See the link above for my front end, You could also ask at some body shops if they do make body kits but they won't be cheap as one off's.
You could have a go like I did.

hey

Richard, nice find! are you gonna fill the break light section or use it and remove the standard high level? or be greedy and have both  :P

im looking at modding a MK4 escort Si spoiler to the saloon, its already go a sweeping curve to it so should fit nice

Going to fill it in, What does the Escort spoiler look like, I think the saloon needs a long spoiler to come down the rear quarters a bit or it tends to make the rear end look to high, Either that or something low and small IMO.

I imagine that you would need to tighten the springs a little to counteract the weight of the spoiler. Otherwsie it will end up on the back of your head quite a lot!!

Have you tried it on the boot yet ???

had wondered about that, ive got a spare set of springs though, may just slacket off the ones already in and run dual boot springs, hopefully they wont be to powerfull and send the boot lid to the stars

not bought it yet, ive had a good look at one of the blokes cars at work, its got almost the same curve as the saloons boot, also it will need a bit of work as it has a cut out for the rear wiper on the 'scorts

What you need is a fibre glass replica of one as the genuine one is pu  and you may have a bit of a job filling in that cut out with lasting effect :-/

Guys, if you can find enough people interested in the bodykit and someone who is willing to "donate " a set I could make a mould to reproduce them for you as I am in the fibreglass trade. Richie

Thanks for the offer but I don't think it would be worthwhile as there would not be enough interest, Besides, I want o keep mine individual ;)

hi richard, just looking at your estate with the moded bumper, is the exaughts on the off side in use or is it just a show piece, i am thinkin of building new system from the flexies back, using 2seperate pipes. the problem being is the location of the fuel tank and the size of it. the only way i see around this is to change the shape of the tank, but could this cause further problems etc??

Title: Re: Scorpio body kits
Post by Matt on Nov 6th, 2007, 7:40pm
best thing to do is relocate the final silencer further back(or just remove it and go from the middle silencers) and just run 2 pipes if you get what i mean?

Post by SCORPY_NEWBY on Nov 6th, 2007, 7:57pm
The one on the offside looks suspiciously like a reverse light to me, considering the ones on the boot have been removed ;)

Title: Re: Scorpio body kits
Post by RichardMS on Nov 6th, 2007, 8:09pm
It is a reversing light as stated above ;)
I did it for some balance but it is not needed for the MOT ;)

Title: Re: Scorpio body kits
Post by toppin2 on Nov 6th, 2007, 8:12pm
on 2nd view you might be right with that lol, but still the idea of positioning the silencer further back sounds like a idea, but i think the pipe would still have to run parrallel with the bumper, behind it and then kick down and finally out to get it in its place, has anybody on hear done anything like this do we no??
