Could someone please point me in the direction of how to post pictures on the forums please as I don't seem to be able to do it very well let alone size them correctly. Thanks for your help. ;)

hi there

you need to host the photo somewhere like photobucket.com (http://photobucket.com/?link=topmenu)
then you insert the photo using the link from the photobucket site.
