Title: Front Suspension & Springs Post by yangi on Nov 29th, 2007, 11:05pm Hiya All Advice required please. I've searched the forums and found nowt - although it is possible for me to miss stuff ::) Thinking I need to 'renew' the suspension on my 98 Cossie, which has done 130k now. It's obviously a little tired in the springy department (and sits a bit low on the back) but otherwise....mostly....it's ok, with the odd querk (well it is a Scorpio }{ ) - It's not been abused in it's former 1 owner capacity - only since I got it! Anyway, I've got New Rear Shocks in the box, but need some advice on where to get a decent set of Fronts that won't cost more than the car...... and also what Springs to go for? Are Front shocks/Springs still available from FMD's - and/or are there any alternatives? Anything else to consider? Like a set of Proflex Bushes while I'm at it - for example? Your wisdom and advice would be greatly appreciated ;) Many Thanks Yangi |
