Hi I intend to drop sump and renew oil filter on G/B, do any of you guys know the Ford part number for this item, the car is a 2.3 auto 1997.

Don’t forget to check the length of the filter bolt, it will be too long if the original.

What do you do with the bolt then? Cut it down or space it out with washers?

Are those part no.s the same for a Cossie A4LDE?

Same gearbox, just more bands and stronger bearings on the 24v.
