Trying to remove sticking tailgate lock button. Have got the panel off but can't see how the lock comes out or find any removal instructions.
Can anyone help please? Thanks guys.

Job done. There's a small circlip holds the actuating link to the bottom of the button. Once that's off you have access to another circlip which secures the button and its spring within its barrel. remove that and the button presses through to the inside of the tailgate. ;)
