what parts do i need to source to change a r reg 2.3 from auto to manual

A manual gearbox for starters ;)
Propshaft,
flywheel,
hydraulic clutch setup,
pedals from a manual,

a fair bit of rewiring, time and patience :)

Or buy mine off me, already a manual with new clutch and fitted with LPG to boot.... ;D ;D

what manual box would do the trick 2.3 would be ideal but they are like rocking horse poo so would a 2 litre box and prop be ok i take it it would have to be from an estate.
