What do you think of this?

Ive ordered one, but just wondered if anyone else has tried one out.

Also not to sure where to put it, it says after the air filter but im also guessing it should go after the MAF so it doesnt affect the sensors.

One more thing, can i use anything on the onboard screen to log before/after readings?

I think you'll find its a load of Bullocks ;)

Dont you think if Ford could have increased the performance AND the mpg (an impossibility for a start) for £4.98 that they might just have fitted them as standard? ;)

Ok, ok... More seriously then:

There are many, many little gadgets about that promise to do this and that, but very few actually work. I did not read the advertisement on *bay thoroughlly, but to my opinion anything that you stick into your inlet to disturb the "turbulence" is usually just messing up the burnprocess, can cause loss of bhp and very often increases petrol consuption.

The formula is actually quite simple, the more air you stuff into the engine, the more fuel you can stuff in there and get more bhp out of it. If you find a way to put more air into the system, but can't add fuel, you'll end up having too poor mixture and vice versa. (ok, not maybe this simple actually, but basicly...)

So my advice is that spending that money on a pint gives you a much better aftertaste!
