Title: Re: Fluctuation of temperature of a cooling liquid Post by Snoopy on Nov 1st, 2008, 10:27am 6C does not seem a lot for the temperature of the coolant to vary.. It can also be checked via the on board Diagnostics on the dashboard although that is a Logarithm scale/read out......... 255 being cold and 0 being HOT ( Very HOT ) |

Title: Re: Fluctuation of temperature of a cooling liquid Post by Jonnycab on Nov 2nd, 2008, 1:52am []....it's not a huge fluctuation in temperature.....but it all depends on how your temperature guage is behaving. If the fluctuation in engine temp is showing on the temp guage, then I would deffinately recommend a new thermostat for starters :) |
