Title: Removing a Foglight?
Post by Moonchalk on Nov 5th, 2008, 9:15pm
Need to swap a foglight this weekend.

Nothing on the main site on how these are removed and never done before.

Any tips much appreciated?

:)

prise the indicator and foglight apart, theres a spring clip holding them together.
I use the  tapered plastic end of the wheel nut key.

The indicator will then come out, its hooked behind the bumper at the outer edge.

Once you have that out theres a screw to remove from the fog light housing, and thats it  ;D

There is a " how to " in the handbook  see page 124 or THIS (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/images/handbook124.gif)

In my experience, garages don't help anyway. I have a big double garage but it is half filled with a Ford Corsair and the other half has a fridge, shelving, microfiche reader and an S Class leather interior!!

Oh for an umberella more like!!
