I need to remove dashboard to find out why I hear relay clicking inside it. Anyone can give detailed steps for dashboard removal ?

I have -98 2.3 Ultima

Try THIS (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/fasciabulbs.htm) or This (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/inttrimmanual.htm). Also remember that there are relays behind the passenger glove box. Look for the panel in the roof of the glovebox.

but relay clicking comes from left side of steering wheel (and my car is LHD)

Hi, when exactly do you hear it? with the ignition or is it just intermittent?

hehe that was easy to fix ;D
It was rear wiper relay. (it was turned on and now I noticed wiper working after replacing faulty wiper motor :D)
