morning gents, when i do a check on cc i get code 57 HBC fault, just swapped hbc for my wifes one same code now her car shows 57 as well, is it possible both are faulty?? Other thing is when i put both card to air con, her car feels really cold on the pipe that comes from bulkhead, the one with the valve thingy on it, mine is not cold at all, what do i do??

hi there

do the reset a couple of times to clear the 57 error code.

re the pipe temp. it should be very cold. if left running for a while under certain circumstances, it will form a frost on it.

yours is in need of a re-gas, i think. check you vent temp. should be lower than 8oC.

hi there

use a thermometer in one of the centre vents.

have the air con on LO and with a slow fan speed.
