Title: Quietest tyres
Post by amigafan2003 on May 26th, 2009, 11:03am
Morning all.

All four P6000's that currently adorn the Cossie are at the end of their life and I'm looking to replace them.  It's mostly straight NSL roads and motorways on my journey to work so I'd like some tyres that are quiet at speed.

Anyone have some recommendations?

I had 4 new tyres fitted a few months ago called Enduro Runway. I think they are made in China and probably classed as budget but they have been superb. The road hold is excellent and I don't notice much noise at all. The original tyres used to cause horrible tracking problems in slow lanes on motorways, where lorries had made tracks in the surface.....these are miles better.

I live in Hampshire and bought them from Micheldever Tyres. They were recommend to me and are apparently quite popular with taxi drivers. Think the price for all 4 was approx £185 + £20 for tracking
