Advise please, I have a green Ultima 2.9 P reg. and one d**n fool drove into my drivers front door, now with a deep dent and warping door, I am fully comp, but my insurers are looking to ''write off'' my vehicle. I love my car still runs even with 144,000 miles. If they give me sufficient funds I'll I go to have it fixed privately so any recommendations please.

Should be able to get a door COMPLETE for a few £'s from breakers or members on here. They unplug and if you undo the star bolts on the hinges they lift off complete , but remember they are VERY HEAVY . and it WILL take a couple of you to do it . Last time I took a door off I used a small trolley jack and a small strip of wood to save damage to bottom edge of the door.

If it's Tourmallard green,there is a door here for a reasonable sum :)
