Hello!

Is this Slate Blue ?

Does Ford have different "Slate blue" as other manufacturers? (more like gray) ???

Vin plate says H3 ...

Is is possible to get this Slate blue spray paint from somewhere, like fordpartsuk.com ? (have to fix rear wheel arches and rear bumber)

I think the colour is actually STATE blue and yes you can get paint from Halfords etc. if that is confirmed. :)

Try ebay and search on 'ford state blue' - I found these items :

there are different codes for Ford State Blue depending on make of car. I know there's a code for the Scorp & another for the Ka. Doubt if Halfords specify which - or if it's so different from each other that you'll notice but it might be. There's some sites that'll make up the right spec of paint based on your VRM - so asking FPUK may be a start.

Typical - I can't find the file with all the paint codes in it - I know its in here somewhere ::) if I find it I'll update.

Nope, not that Mike - I found a site somewhere with info on all the paint codes for different models/year of car - must have been about half doz for state blue alone :o
