and i love it already, engine runs great,gearbox too and the main bit for me ....the interior, is as new, the exterior is not A1 but for an 11 year old car it is holding up well and still grabs your attention,i cant believe no-one else snapped this one up ;D.I can see a long relationship starting.

Let's hope your steed remains trusty ! ;) You will find the answers to any impending problems on this excellent site.The Scorp is a good strong car let down by poor electrics,mainly the wiring,but vigilance and patience will ensure years of pleasurable driving.Good luck

Hi Comfortzone. Glad you are happy with your purchase. You say it's 11 years old so am i correct in thinking it's a facelift model ? For some reason the facelifted cars dont seem to suffer with as much electrical trouble as the earlier models :-/. Have a whale of a time in it m8, & just remember to keep your eye on the speedo :o. Those cossies can creep up without you realising ;) ;D ;D

Thanks folks, yes it IS a facelift model and i love it , i think the speedo may be slightly out though as it was way different from my sat-nav.When im driving my black cab there is only a few mph of a difference.Its incredible how 60/70 mph feels like a crawl.

Scorpio speedos are way out, thats how they were designed.

80 on the speedo is usually around 72

Thought you'd never ask 8) ....i will get some pics up soon, i think i is still a striking car but it really needs a good polish to make it look better ....it does have some bodywork issues though,but i dont care about that yet.
