Title: Bulb failure display
Post by conoflex on Sep 29th, 2009, 4:13pm
Right, had a towbar fitted 4 years ago tow move my caravan, guy who fitted it (professional) said he had to bypass the bulb failure indicator unit. (fair enuf)
Now then I have sold the caravan cos i'm too ill to use it any more and have disconected the tow wiring, all the lights still working but how do I get the display to work I can't see where he bypassed it or even find it (eye sight is going too lol ) Any one know what or where to look to sort it.
Sorry for long winded post.

Andy

hi there

the scorpio doesn't have that feature. it got discontinued from the Granada.

he's probably going on about the trailer indicator.

if so, i wouldn't worry to much about it. i think i've only heard of one member that managed to get it to work correctly! :D

Well, I would have put money on the fact it was on there before I had the towbar fitted  }{
but i've had so many granada/scorpios over the years i'm  probably confused  :-[  (which don't take much now)
