Can anyone tell me if the rear window switches in the rear doors are supposed to illuminate at night? Mine don't even though I changed them for know working ones. They always did on my previous Granada Scorpio.

They do on mine, but when you hit the child lock switch they don't ;)

They illuminate when lights are on..... Unless you have the child lock on, then they don't light up... The button above the traction control button... HTH

Thanks guys well I never knew that. Anyway I've been out to the car and they still don't light up

What you could try is to take a switch out of the front, put it in the back, see if that works. Also check that the window works, with the lights on...........

The switches vary in pin layout I think.
